Immunizations—or vaccinations—are among the most cost-effective and safe preventive measures available to protect children and adults from a long list of life-threatening, vaccine-preventable diseases.
Clallam County Public Health offers immunization services to children, adolescents, and adults by appointment on Wednesdays in Port Angeles by calling 360-417-2274, or every other Thursday in Forks by calling 360-374-3121.

No child will be turned away due to an inability to pay.

We are not an enrolled Medicare provider and do not accept Medicare.
We do not provide immunizations due to work-related injuries.
