Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN)

Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) is a federally and state-funded Title V Maternal Child Health Bureau Program.

CSHCN program focuses on children under the age of 18 who are at risk for or have health or developmental problems that will require more than usual health care. This includes children who have disabilities and handicapping conditions, chronic illnesses, and health-related educational or behavioral problems.

Referrals can be made by families, schools, medical service providers, and other concerned people. Please call our office at 866-557-5111 if you know of a child you think might benefit from CSHCN services in Clallam County.
