Description of Work
This project relocates a portion of the Voice of America Road that serves as the main access for both the County Dungeness Recreation Area (DRA) and Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge (DNWR) away from the eroding bluff; re-aligns the curve on Kitchen-Dick Road and Lotzgesell Road near the DRA/DNWR entrance; adds a dedicated left turn lane for access into the DRA/DNWR; and includes shoulder widening.
