District Court 1 Jury Service

Jury Service is an important civic responsibility. Your name was selected at random by the computer from the lists of voter registrations, driver’s licenses, and identification cards. Your answers to the Juror Summons are evaluated to make sure you are eligible for jury service. You should complete the Juror Information Form which is a part of the summons and return as directed. Your eligibility will be determined upon receiving that information. Failure to appear for jury duty is a misdemeanor crime pursuant to RCW 2.36.170(1).
