Breed-based regulations.

The following information is needed in order to file for a hearing for a Potentially Dangerous dog hearing or Dangerous dog hearing.  To better facilitate this, please fill out the attached application and provide the following: 

  1. Law enforcement information sheet and notification that you received that they are declaring your dog Potentially Dangerous or Dangerous.  The name of the officer who wrote the notice.  Their business address. 
  2. Your current mailing address and phone number so the court can reach you if they have any questions.  
  3.  You will receive notice in the mail of your hearing date and time to appear.  Failing to appear could result in the court issuing an order in favor of Law Enforcement and declaring the animal in question either Potentially Dangerous or Dangerous.
