Located at 290 Macleay Road, Sequim phone number 360-683-5622. From Hwy 101 (going east or west) turn on to Carlsborg Rd. Follow Carlsborg Road to Old Olympic Hwy. Take a right on to Old Olympic and follow to Macleay Road. Thake a left on to Macleay Road, Sequim Prairie Grange is on the right.
