Lake Sutherland Management District #2 proposes a Special Assessment increase for all parcels in its district. This is a $50 increase, going from an annual fee of $50 to $100. The proposed fee increase helps support the adverse impact on fish and wildlife by helping manage invasive plants that threaten and infringe upon the fish and wildlife habitat, its ecosystems and groundwater; provides for the use of best practices based on environmental safety; and to maintain an advisory committee of property owner representatives.
