The Clallam County Fairgrounds are nestled between the beautiful Olympic Mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. We are right next to the Fairchild International Airport and historic Lincoln Park. Only a few minutes away from downtown Port Angeles where you can shop or catch the ferry to Victoria, B.C.
Within the 40.6 acre site, there are many RV hookups, two large (6,000 square feet) heated buildings with kitchen and restroom facilities, a grandstand that seats approximately 1,600 people, four arenas, and many barns.

Building Rentals
The Clallam County Fairgrounds operates on a year-round basis. Private and public events take place in the numerous venues available on the premises. There are times when two or more functions are occurring during the same time. Event insurance is required for all building and grounds rentals, contact Fair Office for information.

Fair History
The first county-wide celebration began as an attempt by several civic leaders to boost the morale of Clallam County citizens, following the Panic of 1893. The Panic of 1893 was a nationwide depression that caused bank closures and railroad bankruptcies.
